After the booking is made, a prepayment will be requested to confirm the booking. The remaining amount of the booking needs to be paid upon check-in, and can only be in cash. Bookings are only confirmed after the prepayment is received. If a guest fails to transfer the amount of the prepayment, the booking gets automatically canceled. The guest will be notified of the booking status.
For guests who wish to stay for a period shorter than a month, cleaning fees are charged. Administration fees can be charged if the guest chooses to pay with PayPal or Credit Card.
The prepayment is the price of 2 nights for each room. If the stay is longer than one month, the prepayment is multiplied by the number of months.
A deposit is required for stays longer than 4 weeks. The deposit is €150.
If a guest cancels a booking before 60 days of the check-in date, then only the first night of the booking is non-refundable. If a guest cancels within 60 days of the check-in date, then the prepayment is non-refundable. In case of a no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable. If a guest arrives and alters the booking, then 30% of the nights not spend are charged.
The check-out time is 12:00 PM.
The check-in time is 3:00 PM.
The minimum stay is 7 days.
At the accommodation only cash is accepted.
Kids are allowed only under the supervision of an adult.
We value the comfort of all our guests. Therefore we ask our guests to not be too loud.
Parties or any kind of gathering are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine and may even lead to a complaint to the police for misconduct or disturbances in order.
The guests of a studio may have a maximum of 2 visitors at the complex. Violation of this rule will result in a fine.
No pets or any kind of animal is allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 10 times the nightly rate per occurrence.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 10 times the nightly rate per occurrence.
All items in the room must be left in the same condition during check-out as they were during check-in. Damage to any item in the room or on the premises will be imposed with compensation fees and a fine.
When not in the room the Air-conditioning needs to be turned off.
There is no possibility for extra beds. A room is for a maximum of 2 people.
